Online Gift Certificates available!

You can obtain a Gift Certificate for Catskill Mountain Massage Therapy  by mail or in person; however, if you would like to get the Gift Certificate immediately online, you can, by doing the following:

1. Contact Catskill Mountain Massage Therapy by phone, and make financial arrangements for the services you desire. (Note that we take only cash and checks at this time.)
      
2. You will be given a confirmation number for the Gift Certificate.
      
3. Print out the gift certificate
   In Adobe PDF format*
   or Internet format (HTML) [coming soon]
    
   and record your confirmation number, certificate expiration date and information about yourself and the guest recipient.
   Note: The form will appear in a separate window.  Print the form and then close that window to return here.
   
   Note that any cost for service above the amount of this certificate may be paid by the recipient at the time of service.

After you give the gift certificate, the recipient can call and make an appointment for the service and location of choice. Please be sure you allow enough time for your payment to be received.
